Hobgoblin’s 9th UK branch opened on 10th April 2004, in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. Dave Soulsby, guitarist, owns and runs the shop as a family business with his son Mathew (guitar, drums). The shop is a mere six minutes from J14 on the M1, and on a direct route into town. Newport Pagnell is a lively old town which has becoming part of the Milton Keynes connurbation. There is free car parking outside and behind the shop.  As with all our shops, you can find the full range of the Hobgoblin catalogue on display, and of course you can expect the same friendly, well informed service.

Additional help and advice is available form our part time staff Emily, (Classical Guitar), and Chris Howard-Spink (Guitar, ethnic drums, music history),

Repairs

Like all the other branches of Hobgoblin Music, the Newport Pagnell branch offers a full instrument repair service. Experienced repairer and restorer John Russell is the resident repairer for the branch, and can give free quotes. John is a violin maker by trade and so violin repairs and restorations are a speciality of this branch.
