All orders received before these deadlines will be dispatched in time to meet the Royal Mail and ParcelForce's last recommended posting dates to the UK*, after which time we will continue to dispatch (as quickly as possible) all orders for items in stock received before 22nd December.

All hands are on deck here to make sure that all the orders are dispatched as fast as possible, so there is no significant delay for straightforward orders to leave the building!

Highlands and Islands: Parcelforce's UK Highlands and Islands service takes 2 - 3 days, so the last guaranteed shipping date for these orders will be Monday 19th December

Europe: Delivery to the rest of Europe can take 3 - 8 days, depending on where the order is going. We will send these orders as fast as we can and do our best to get them to you in time for Christmas.

Rest of World: For orders outside of Europe, we will ship as quickly as possible, and do our best to get your order to you in time.

*Please note, these dispatch guarantees only apply to items that we have in stock in our warehouse. If you have ordered goods that are out of stock, we will tell you as quickly as possible. The stock levels shown on the website are updated daily, but do not always reflect the most recent sales.

Shop Only Stock: Delivery of items from our shops takes much longer during the Christmas period, and Christmas delivery is not guaranteed if you request an item which is only in stock in the shops.

The mail order department (usually open Monday to Friday) will be closed from Friday 23rd December to Tuesday 29th, and open again from Wednesday 30th December (but closed on Monday 2nd of Jan for the bank holiday). Our usual 7-day approval policy will be extended to reflect this, and all exchanges and queries will be dealt with as soon as we get back after Christmas.
